We believe that the truths of God’s Word can help children grow spiritually, socially and emotionally. Our mission and purpose is to present Bible teaching through age appropriate resources in a fun environment where children can develop ‘rock solid’ skills for everyday life and make new friends each week. Our worship style is contemporary and aims to help children encounter God in meaningful ways as their faith in Jesus matures.
To keep your children safe we follow a Safeguarding policy and ensure that our enthusiastic team of parents and volunteers all complete a DBS check.
Praise and Worship
The word of God says we should enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. So we are a church with vibrant worship to God.
We sincerely believe that the major problems in today’s society can be traced back to insufficient community engagement, poor social amalgamation and education not done in the best way possible; as such, we reach out to the community through evangelism, social fellowship, partnership with churches across the community, concerts, picnics and fun days.
“For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.” (Matthew 25:35-36)
The Bible tells us to pray without seizing and so we embrace prayer as a key part of everything we do. We start with prayer and we end with prayer and so we have regular prayer meetings in the homes of local members.
